Job summary

• Ensures IRA/ICF compliance with Medicaid, Social Security, OPWDD, and Abbott House.
• Oversees hiring and supervises residence managers.
• Maintains therapeutic environment per house POPO and consumer POPO.
• Manages petty cash budgets and purchasing approvals.
