Job summary

NeuSpark PDS is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our residential services for individuals with disabilities in New York. You will supervise DSP staff, ensure safety, coordinate with HR and fiscal teams, and maintain compliance with OPWDD policies.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organization, with a focus on advocacy and person-centered supports. A valid NYS driver’s license is required for travel among residences.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with disabilities or related field.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and qualify to be a driver for PDS.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility.
• Must be efficient, well organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication and always communicate respectfully with all people.
• Provide emergency coverage and cover DSP responsibilities as needed.
• Coordinate, attend and participate in required events/meetings/reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of information relating to individuals and employees.
• Ensure residence and surrounding area are clean, safe and attractive.
• Complete trainings and stay in compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
