Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership in sterile processing.
• CRCST or equivalent certification required.
• Specialty certification (e.g., Endoscope Preprocessor or Instrument Specialist) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SPD operations, staffing, scheduling and readiness.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain quality assurance and ensure policy/procedure adherence.
• Lead conflict resolution and collaborative problem solving across units.
• Support manager with performance appraisals and education planning.
• Ensure readiness for emergencies and department readiness.
