TalentBurst, Inc. in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a Histotechnologist / Spatial Biology Specialist for a 12-month contract. The role combines histology, imaging, and data analysis to advance high-plex spatial biology capabilities in preclinical biomarker discovery.

The successful candidate will develop tissue-based assays, optimize multiplex panels, and support spatial transcriptomics workflows while collaborating with computational scientists to integrate imaging datasets and histology data.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-plex tissue-based assays.
• Experience with spatial biology technologies and workflows.
• Experience with quantitative microscopy or high-content tissue imaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and execute high-plex tissue-based assays, including multiplex immunofluorescence in human and mouse tissues.
• Design and optimize multiplex antibody panels and assay conditions.
• Support establishment of spatial transcriptomics and spatial profiling technologies.
• Develop workflows spanning tissue prep, staining, imaging, spatial profiling, and quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with computational scientists to integrate spatial protein, RNA, imaging data.
