The Fountain Group is seeking a Histotechnologist / Spatial Biology Specialist in Ridgefield, CT to advance spatial biology capabilities for preclinical biomarker discovery. The role combines histology with high-plex spatial technologies and quantitative image analysis in a fast-paced Discovery Research setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Histotechnology, Pathology, Biomedical Sciences, or related discipline.
• Experience with high-plex/multiplex protein imaging and antibody panel development in human and/or mouse tissues is preferred.
• Experience with spatial transcriptomics or related spatial gene-expression technologies is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, optimize, and execute high-plex tissue-based assays, including multiplex immunofluorescence and other spatial protein profiling in human and mouse tissues.
• Design and optimize multiplex antibody panels, including antibody selection, staining conditions, controls, and tissue-specific optimization.
• Support establishment and application of spatial transcriptomics and emerging spatial profiling technologies, including QC of assays and data.
• Develop integrated workflows spanning tissue prep, staining, imaging, spatial profiling, and analysis; troubleshoot for robustness and data quality.
• Collaborate with computational scientists to integrate spatial protein, RNA, imaging, and histopathology data.
