Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Histotechnologist / Spatial Biology Specialist to join the Discovery Research team in Ridgefield, CT. The role focuses on developing and expanding spatial biology capabilities for preclinical biomarker discovery in an oncology context.

The ideal candidate combines histology expertise with high-plex spatial technology experience and quantitative image analysis to build robust workflows and data-driven insights into tumor microenvironment biology.

Qualifications

Experience in high-plex protein imaging and panel development.
Experience with spatial transcriptomics or related technologies.
Strong background in histology and tissue-based assay development.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and execute high-plex tissue-based assays including multiplex immunofluorescence.
Design and optimize multiplex antibody panels and assay performance.
Support spatial transcriptomics and related technologies with QC.
Develop integrated workflows from tissue prep to quantitative analysis.
Collaborate with computational teams to integrate spatial data.
Maintain thorough documentation and sample tracking.
