The twelve-week program runs May 2027 through August 2027, offering hands-on exposure, mentorship by professional-owners, and insights across service lines including Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, and Transportation. Open to current students; rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred.
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Out of town travel may be required.
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced professional and technical employee-owners within your area of interest.
• You will be part of an intern cohort and will learn about all aspects of S&ME.
• S&ME's internship will provide invaluable hands on experience, access to technical experts across the company, as well as provide professional development to help you transition from campus to career.
