Job summary

S&ME invites students to apply for the 2027 Spark Summer Intern program across multiple service lines, including Civil, Environmental, and Geotechnical engineering. As part of the intern cohort, you will learn about all facets of S&ME, working alongside experienced employee-owners and gaining hands-on experience.

You will be part of a program that emphasizes professional development, mentorship from technical experts, and exposure to real projects, helping you transition from campus to career

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred.
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Spark Internship Program and learn about all aspects of S&M.
• Work alongside experienced professional-owners within your area of interest as part of an intern cohort.
• Gain hands-on experience and access to technical experts across the company to support professional development.
