Responsibilities include answering inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders in the ERP, following up on delivery times, invoicing, and locating parts from drawings.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience working with machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries about spare parts and products.
• Preparation of spare part quotations.
• Taking orders from customers and processing through ERP system.
• Following up on delivery times and order status.
• Invoicing customer and updating account information.
• Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Keeping track of warranty parts to be returned.
• Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements.
• Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties.
