Responsibilities

• Manage customers and spare parts as delegated by the Spare Parts Hubs Manager.
• Communicate with customers to provide information, quotes, and promote products.
• Process requests for quotes via SPQ from multiple sources including email and phone.
• Provide technical support for parts search and coordinate with the technical team.
• Process orders in the ERP system and coordinate shipments with warehouses.
• Advise on stock needs and assist purchasing in regional stocking decisions.
• Prioritize daily tasks and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Work as part of a team and maintain clear, professional communication.
