Ambaflex Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Spare Parts Assistant to join our dynamic team in an international, collaborative environment. You will handle incoming requests and orders for the spare parts team, provide RSPL after machine sales, and assist with spare part preparation.

You will liaise between Ambaflex and customers regarding spare part supply, process quotations, and follow up to convert opportunities into sales, while keeping costs in mind and adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Administrative skills essential.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming requests and orders to the spare parts team within set KPI’s.
• Provide RSPL after machine sales.
• Assist with spare part preparation as required.
• Liaise between AmbaFlex and customers concerning spare part supply.
• Process, check, and close requests and orders accurately and timely.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
