Cimcorp in North America is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to manage spare parts activities, RFQs, and customer orders, ensuring timely technical assistance and accurate fulfillment. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to uphold high service levels.

The role emphasizes administrative excellence, ERP data handling, and strong communication to support continual improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial/engineering/automation customer service and administrative roles.
• Semi-technical experience is preferred.
• Sales-generating experience is a plus.
• Understanding of customer order entry, RFQ and purchasing processes.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Reading mechanical drawings is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Interface with customers via phone and email to process POs and quotes.
• Receive RFQ/PO requests, verify parts, request pricing and provide quotes; maintain logs.
• Act as the point of contact for spare parts queries with internal teams.
• Obtain details about complaints or issues and address them.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering and Logistics.
