Job summary

Ambaflex Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Spare Parts Assistant to join our dynamic team in an international, collaborative environment. You will handle incoming requests and orders for the spare parts team, provide RSPL after machine sales, and assist with spare part preparation.

You will liaise between Ambaflex and customers regarding spare part supply, process quotations, and follow up to convert opportunities into sales, while keeping costs in mind and adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Administrative skills essential.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests and orders to the spare parts team within set KPI’s.

Customer Service Spare Parts Assistant

Due to growth and investment in our people we are currently looking for a highly motivated, customer support focused, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the AmbaFlex Customer Service team!

In this hands on position you will:

• Handle incoming requests and orders to the spare parts team within set KPI’s.
• Provide Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) after machine sales.
• Assistance of customer service team with spare part preparation as required.
• Liaison between AmbaFlex and the customer concerning spare part supply.
• Timely and correctly processing, checking, and closing requests and orders.
• Work cost efficient.
• Provide input on processes to improve the quality of the customer support.
• Proactively follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.

Experience

• High school diploma.
• Administrative skills.
• Ability to work with CRM and ERP systems.
• Focus on cost efficient handling.
• High customer empathy (incl. active listening).
