Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced on-site Operations Leader for a high-volume spare parts management program at a client manufacturing site. You will oversee warehousing, inventory, shipping/receiving, and production support while driving continuous improvement and exceptional service.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage budgets and labor planning, and partner with procurement to ensure material availability. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership in warehouse, logistics, or site management.
• Experience with inventory management, material flow, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience with technical, high-value, or mission-critical products is highly desirable.
• Strong client-facing abilities and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site operations to meet program goals.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional operations team.
• Oversee warehousing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement for material availability.
• Review KPIs with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead root-cause analysis of operational and supply chain issues.
• Track KPIs and drive efficiency improvements.
