Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead shuttle drivers and warehouse staff, ensuring top‑notch customer service and tight inventory control. You will work closely with Branch Management, IT and Salesforce, driving growth and reliability across our parts operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, process adherence and data‑driven improvements in a fast-paced dealer environment. Full-time, on‑site with competitive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (or equivalent).
• Supervisory experience or aptitude.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop employees.
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer-satisfaction skills.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel and web-based parts systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule shuttle drivers and warehouse staff.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Interact with Branch Management, Inventory Control, IT and Salesforce.
• Monitor and maintain stated inventory levels.
• Elevate customer loyalty and departmental engagement.
• Promote a safe working environment and equipment operation.
• Assist management with Contamination Control and drop service vehicles.
• Provide and record employee training, guidance and discipline.
• Use metrics to improve parts performance and customer experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business
