Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and administer contracts.
• Coordinate with customer locations to ensure parts availability and transfer requests.
• Review inventory levels, perform periodic counts, and monitor vendor pricing.
• Generate and review reports using NAV system and support SLA compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff per company policies.
