Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to oversee the Parts and Service Departments in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will drive alignment between departments, optimize workflows, and boost efficiency and profitability across the business.

The role requires leading a team of associates, developing strong customer and vendor relationships, and steering sales performance while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Typical requirements include a BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• May require certification. An advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Parts and Service work order process and staff involved.
• Creates alignment between the Parts and Service Departments.
• Drives Parts and Service sales and monitors margin and growth.
• Manages Service Technicians' efficiency daily to maximize profitability.
• Coordinates with Parts Inventory Analyst to ensure parts availability and showroom organization.
• Ensures daily cycle counts are completed and that showroom space is well stocked.
