Swatch Group is seeking a detail-oriented inventory specialist to manage spare parts for repairs and ensure accurate purchasing, receiving and storage. The role emphasizes inventory control processes, cycle counts, and precise order fulfillment for watchmakers in a fast-paced setting.

Strong Excel skills and a customer-service mindset are essential, with preference for those experienced in spare parts or jewelry.

Qualifications

• Extremely strong attention to detail, especially with numbers.
• Hands-on approach and proactive problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Customer service mindset and team collaboration.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Experience in spare parts or jewelry industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase spare parts and maintain inventory for repairs.
• Create and maintain inventory control processes and reporting.
• Fulfill part orders for watchmakers and monitor request accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories of spare parts.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and impact.
