Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a skilled Watchmaker to manage the entire repair workflow from servicing movements to assembling cases and encasing the movement.

The role requires experience with mechanical, quartz, and chronograph watches and reports to the Workshop Manager, with primary focus on the Omega Brand. The candidate should be a team player with a drive for excellence and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• For partial repair, watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TA FE course.
• For complete repair, completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results.
• For specialist repair, WOSTEP or equivalent post-apprenticeship qualification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service watches from servicing the movement to preparing/assembling the case.
• Encasing the movement and ensuring correct assembly.
• Collaborate with Workshop Manager and team to maintain equipment and deliver ready-to-wear watches.
