Job summary

Qualifications

• Speak and write fluent English.
• Experience in parts sales or supply chain preferred.
• Solid computer skills and ERP experience (SAP/Axapta).
• Technical background with exposure to industrial equipment is a plus.
• Experience in technical services or product sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotations with price, lead time, and payment terms for spare parts.
• Prepare spare parts lists for new capital equipment (RSQs).
• Follow up quotations to improve customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management and Finance as needed.
• Update customer master files and ERP entries for Quotations and Orders.
