Job summary

TXM INC is seeking a Spare Parts Administrator in Lancaster, TX to support a highly automated distribution facility. The role involves stock control, data entry, and inventory management to keep maintenance stores up to date.

The position requires experience in spare parts stores, proficiency with Excel, and ideally exposure to SAP systems. It offers a permanent, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with on-site customer, responding to inquiries/requests.
• Data entry using SAP and Excel; manage spare parts inventory.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and generate reports.
• Track cycle counts, excess, shortages and consumption.
• Monitor trends and volumes in stock usage.
• Send order confirmations and tracking info to customers.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory audits.
• File and match shipping documents with orders.

TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a highly automated distribution facility in the Lancaster TX area. As a Spare Parts Administrator, you will be using your stock control and administration skills to ensure Maintenance stores are kept up to date.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the on-site customer on a daily basis, providing response to any inquiries/requests.
• Data entry – SAP and Excel predominantly.
• Data management of the spare parts inventory.
• Excel spread sheet maintenance/formatting and report generation. Looking at cycle counts, excess, shortages and consumption.
• Monitoring trends & volumes.
• Sending order confirmations & tracking information to customers.
• Assisting with shipping/receiving and inventory audits.
• Filing and matching shipping documentation/order confirmation.

Your Experience:

• Experienced working in a spare parts/stores role previously.
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets – formatting and report generation.
• Ideally have exposure to SAP systems.
• Generated reports, ideally for – stock counts, excess, shortages & consumption.
• Strong organisational skills.
