Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Clinician in St. Louis to implement trauma-informed, strengths-based services for youth and families affected by chronic stress and violence. You will deliver SPARCS-based group therapy and individual/family sessions in a mission-driven program.

The role requires a Master’s in a Human Services field and relevant licensure; bilingual Spanish is a plus. It is a non-exempt, hourly position with weekly group and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field required.
• Licensure as Mental Health Counselor / MFT / Social Worker preferred; temp licensure acceptable with supervision contract.
• Licensure must be in good standing.
• Experience with at-risk youth and families; group facilitation experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate up to two weekly SPARCS group psychotherapy sessions.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy as needed.
• Deliver services with fidelity to SPARCS and YAP policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Office of Violence Prevention and YAP team for coordinated care.
