Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with metrology and high-vacuum projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with NX and manufacturing management software is desired.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and work instructions for assembly of SPARC sub-systems.
• Assist lead field engineer in selecting assembly steps, methods, and safety measures.
• Develop knowledge of ERP and MES systems and ensure part traceability in instructions.
• Apply problem-solving and clear communication when non-conformances arise.
• Ensure tooling and personnel access for system assembly steps.
