Job summary

HirePath Network is hiring a Bilingual Client Advisor to support Spanish-speaking families across the United States. The role is mostly remote with some in-person days at the San Diego office. No experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided from day one.

You will contact families by phone and video, explain their options in Spanish, and guide them through enrollment while building lasting relationships and referrals. Requires legal work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.

Tired of spending hours in traffic just to get to work? Work mostly from home, with some in-person days at our San Diego office.

We help Spanish-speaking families across the United States protect their health, their income, and their loved ones. As a Bilingual Client Advisor, you will listen to each family, explain their options in Spanish, and guide them to the right decision. No experience needed. We train you from day one.

Responsibilities

• Contact families who requested information, by phone and video call
• Understand their needs and explain their family protection options
• Recommend the right plan and guide them through enrollment
• Follow up and build long-term relationships and referrals
• Work toward personal and team goals, support on sales

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Live within reach of San Diego for in-person days
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus
• Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to work
• Willing to complete training and obtain the required state certification

Requisitos

• Tener 18 años o más
• Vivir a una distancia razonable de San Diego para los días presenciales
• Tener autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos
• Español fluido; inglés es un plus
• Computadora, internet estable y un espacio tranquilo para trabajar
• Disposición para capacitarte y obtener la certificación estatal requerida
