HirePath Network is seeking a Bilingual Client Advisor to support Spanish-speaking families across the United States. You’ll listen to families, explain options in Spanish, and guide them to the best decision.

No prior experience needed; we provide training from day one. The role offers mostly remote work with some days in San Diego and a clear path to mentorship and leadership.

Tired of spending hours in traffic just to get to work? Work mostly from home, with some in-person days at our San Diego office. We help Spanish-speaking families across the United States protect their health, their income, and their loved ones. As a Bilingual Client Advisor, you will listen to each family, explain their options in Spanish, and guide them to the right decision. No experience needed. We train you from day one.

Responsibilities

• Contact families who requested information, by phone and video call
• Understand their needs and explain their family protection options
• Recommend the right plan and guide them through enrollment
• Follow up and build long-term relationships and referrals
• Work toward personal and team goals, support on sales

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Live in the United States, within reach of San Diego for in-person days
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus
• Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to work
• Willing to complete training and obtain the required state certification

• Recomendar el plan adecuado y acompañarlas en la inscripción
• Dar seguimiento y construir relaciones de largo plazo y referidos
• Trabajar para alcanzar metas personales y de equipo, soporte en ventas

Requisitos

• Tener 18 años o más
• Vivir en Estados Unidos, a una distancia razonable de San Diego para los días presenciales
• Tener autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos
• Español fluido; inglés es un plus
• Computadora, internet estable y un espacio tranquilo para trabajar
• Disposición para capacitarte y obtener la certificación estatal requerida
