Job summary

Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Title Specialist to support dealers, sales, and customers in resolving title issues primarily via phone and email. The role requires Spanish fluency, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills.

You will work from home with occasional travel to an office location, handling title requests, lien enforcement, and documentation with a focus on compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience as a subject matter expert in a specialized area and as a primary point of contact for customers.
• Ability to make logical decisions and resolve complex process issues with available information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for dealers, sales, and customers to resolve title issues via phone and email.
• Accurately complete business requests and enforce liens on vehicles per service standards.
• Monitor for legal/risk concerns and escalate when dealer processes conflict with policy.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external customers, dealers, DMV, and other agencies to obtain needed documents.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of title and lien information.
• Collaborate with others to find solutions and maintain service quality.
