You will be the primary contact for dealers, sales and customers to resolve title and lien issues by phone and email, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.

Requirements include a high school diploma, fluent Spanish, strong customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
• High school diploma required
• Experience resolving title or lien issues is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing support for dealers, sales, and customers to resolve title issues by phone and email
• Accurately complete requests and enforce lien on vehicles
• Identify inconsistencies in dealer processes and escalate when needed
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers including DMV and other agencies
• Document actions and title/lien document location accurately
• Remain compliant with policies, processes and legal guidelines
