You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for employee, customer, and enterprise testers during product development. You will collaborate with Beta Program Managers, QA, Engineering, Product, and Software Development to collect data, reproduce problems, file clear bugs, and drive release blockers.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent college education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by testers during product development.
• Support beta testers and communicate testing results with Beta Program Managers.
• Advocate for features and fixes to product teams.
• Respond promptly, gather details, escalate as needed, and provide high-level customer support.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Product, and Software Development to troubleshoot and collect data.
• File clear, actionable bugs and track status to resolution.
• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting trends and issues.
• Participate in bug council meetings to identify release blockers.
• Test new TiVo hardware/software in home environments.
