Job summary

Roofr is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to own the full onboarding journey for net-new customers, from Account Setup and training through to a handoff to the Customer Success Manager.

You will manage multiple onboarding cycles in a high-volume environment, balancing 1:1 sessions with scalable group training, and tailor guidance to each business workflow.

If you are a true customer advocate with strong organization and communication skills, this role will suit you well.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of onboarding, CS, or enablement in SMB/SaaS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across live calls, video meetings, email, and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for net-new customers, from supporting them through Account Setup and training through to a clean handoff to their Customer Success Manager.
• Manage multiple concurrent onboardings in a high-volume environment, balancing dedicated 1:1 sessions with scalable, group-based training.
• Guide customers through Roofr in a way that's practical, confidence-building, and tailored to their unique business workflows.
