Job summary

Roofr is seeking a Spanish-speaking Onboarding Manager to own the critical window from sign‑up to live, ensuring customers gain value quickly. You will onboard hundreds of new customers monthly across multiple Roofr products, balancing 1:1 sessions with scalable group training.

Qualifications

• Onboarding experience in a SaaS or SMB/B2B environment.
• Fluent Spanish both written and spoken is required.
• Comfort with high-volume, fast-paced startup settings.
• Excellent communication across live calls, video, email, and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for net-new Roofr customers from setup to handoff.
• Manage multiple onboardings in a high-volume environment with 1:1 and group training.
• Guide customers through Roofr workflows tailored to their business needs.
• Drive customers to live, self-sufficient status and handoff readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Customer Success to improve adoption.
