Job summary

Roofr is seeking a Spanish-speaking Onboarding Manager (contract) to own the critical window from signing to live deployment. You will onboard hundreds of customers monthly across multiple Roofr products, guiding non-technical users to adopt the platform confidently.

In a high-volume SaaS environment, you’ll run live trainings, create scalable group sessions, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to improve adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• 2+ years in customer onboarding, customer success, or enablement in SMB/B2B or SaaS.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across live calls, video meetings, email, and webinars.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and tailor approach to customer goals and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for net-new Roofr customers, from Account Setup through to a clean handoff to the Customer Success Manager.
• Manage multiple concurrent onboardings in a high-volume environment, balancing 1:1 sessions with scalable group training.
• Guide customers through Roofr workflows, tailored to their business and technical experience.
• Drive customers to a clear graduation milestone: live, self-sufficient, ready for handoff to Customer Success Manager.
• Collaborate with Account Setup Team as onboarding consultant to reflect customer needs and adoption foundations.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions and group webinars that drive real adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Retention, Product, and Customer Success to surface friction and ensure clean handoffs.
• Contribute to onboarding playbook design to scale processes beyond today.
