Job summary

Blue Jay ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Spanish speaking to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision. This part-time role is based in Lumberton, NC, offering a collaborative, supportive team environment and flexible scheduling.

You will run one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and coordinate with families and the supervising BCBA to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility required.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Communicate with parents to review client progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
