Blue Jay ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking) in Indian Trail, NC to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. The role offers part-time hours and hands-on experience under BCBA supervision, with emphasis on data collection and individualized teaching strategies.

You will conduct one-on-one sessions, implement intervention plans, and collaborate with families to monitor progress while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience providing behavior therapy or support to individuals with ASD.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions for individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals for sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
