Blue Jay ABA in Fayetteville, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who speaks Spanish to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD.

The role involves implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision, running one-on-one sessions, and collecting progress data with electronic tools, while maintaining confidentiality and engaging with families for progress updates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions.
• Experience collecting and recording client progress data.
• Spanish speaking proficiency preferred for this location.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA and follow plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
