Blue Jay ABA in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role providing in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based services in a supportive environment.

The position emphasizes collaboration with families, data collection, and ongoing professional development while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
