Blue Jay ABA in Monroe, NC is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. This part-time role involves delivering one-on-one sessions under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and communicating progress with families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Training under BCBA supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
