Blue Jay ABA in Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a compassionate, part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.

The role focuses on one-on-one sessions, data collection, implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, coordinating with families, and participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting data on client progress and using data tools.
• Ability to implement ABA strategies under supervision.
• Strong communication with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
