Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Red Springs, NC is seeking a SPANISH SPEAKING Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team. This part-time position supports children with autism through individualized, evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, implement plans, and collaborate with families while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Fluency in Spanish and a compassionate approach are essential, with access to ongoing training

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
