Tom Trese Networking LLC in Adelphi, MD is seeking a contract Phlebotomist who speaks Spanish to join our team. The role covers venipuncture, specimen labeling, and transport preparation with a 3-month duration and potential extension to permanent placement. Schedule is Mon-Fri 9am–6pm, on-site at Adelphi.

Fluency in Spanish is required and benefits are available. Experience in blood draws, specimen processing, and OSHA/DEP compliance is desired, along with a valid phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
