Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a diligent Chiropractic Assistant to support patient evaluation and treatment workflows at our Idaho locations. You will assist chiropractors, prepare patients for exams, document care, and help maintain orderly treatment spaces.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and bilingual Spanish fluency. The role requires CPR/First Aid certification and at least one year of office experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Spanish is required for the role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Certification in CPR and/or First Aid must be maintained throughout employment.
• 1 year of experience in an office providing physical therapy and/or chiropractic care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients before and after care as directed by the DC.
• Take vital signs of patients.
• Document modalities performed and patient comments clearly in progress notes.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms at all times.
• Support chiropractors by preparing patients for exams and updating medical records.
• Coordinate patient intake, chart preparation, and follow-up documentation.
• Manage schedules, obtain prior authorizations, and ensure complete documentation prior to treatment.
