Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care seeks a Floater Certified Chiropractic Assistant to support chiropractors across locations in Nevada. The role requires Spanish language proficiency, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 1 year of office experience in PT or chiropractic settings.

You will greet patients, prepare exam rooms, document progress notes, and assist with scheduling and intake to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification required.
• 1 year of office experience in physical therapy or chiropractic care preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients pre and post care by the D.C.
• Take vital signs of patients
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed by the D.C.
• Document modalities performed and patient progress notes
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms
• Monitor controls on physical therapy equipment
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Greet patients and check in/out with proper customer service
• Travel to other locations within the region as needed for coverage
• Support chiropractors by preparing patients for exams and updating medical records
