Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a Floater Administrative/Clinical Support role in Meridian, Idaho. The position supports chiropractors and physical therapy teams by preparing patients, documenting progress, and managing front-desk tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Spanish language proficiency, and CPR/First Aid certification. Prior office experience in PT or chiropractic settings is preferred, with opportunities to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Spanish language required to communicate with patients and families.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification required or maintained during employment.
• 1 year of experience in an office providing physical therapy and/or chiropractic care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients pre and post care by the D.C.
• Take vital signs of patients.
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed by the D.C.
• Accurately document modalities performed and patient progress notes.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms at all times.
• Greeting patients and checking them in/out with customer service etiquette.
• Scan and upload paperwork to the EHR and update records.
• Coordinate administrative support for chiropractic providers and patient intake.
• Travel to other locations within the region as needed for coverage.
