Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Centralized Community Home Lending Advisor who will guide clients through the mortgage loan process and act as the primary contact for the life of the loan. You will market and promote Chase financial products while adhering to regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

You will convert leads, consult with customers, and strive to achieve sales targets within a call center setting, leveraging deep knowledge of home lending products to support clients

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications.
• Source all business and log contacts with prospects.
• Use consultative selling of Purchases Loans in a call center environment.
• Recommend optimum product/rate program combinations to prospects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and procedures.
• Provide feedback on lead quality.
• Meet required sales performance for pre-established goal volume.
