Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Centralized Community Home Lending Advisor in Columbus to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, guiding them from application to closing while adhering to regulatory requirements. You will leverage your home lending knowledge to drive strong sales results in a call-center environment.

The role requires Spanish fluency, strong consultative selling skills, and collaboration with the Home Lending team to promote financial products.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications.
• Source all business and logging all contacts with prospects.
• Use consultative selling of Purchases Loans in a call center environment.
• Recommend optimum product/rate program combinations to prospects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and procedures.
• Provide feedback on lead quality.
• Meet required sales performance for pre-established goal volume.
