Chase Home Lending is seeking a Centralized Community Home Lending Advisor in Tempe, AZ. You will guide clients through the mortgage loan process, acting as the primary contact while promoting Chase products and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will convert leads to applications, log contacts, and use consultative selling in a call center environment to achieve sales goals, while collaborating with the Home Lending team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in customer service and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications.
• Source all business and log all contacts with prospects.
• Use consultative selling of Purchase Loans in a call center environment.
• Recommend optimum product/rate program combinations to prospects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statues and procedures.
• Provide feedback on lead quality.
• Meet required sales performance for pre-established goal volume.
