Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Some flexibility with the schedule and occasional evening or weekend availability is appreciated.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.
Start Date: Early November 2026

- The family has two sweet cats who mostly keep to themselves. No pet care is required, but the nanny must be comfortable around cats.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
- All standard Nanny duties, including infant care, feeding, children’s laundry, keeping baby areas organized, developmentally appropriate activities, outings, and preparing simple meals for the child.
- The nanny will also help maintain the general order of the home throughout the day and support the family's routines as the baby grows.
Travel Requirements
- No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.
Desired Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
- Fluent Spanish is required, with the ideal candidate comfortable speaking Spanish throughout the day.
- At least 2 years of professional infant experience, with confidence caring for a young baby.
- Newborn Care Specialist experience or training is preferred.
- The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, organized, and comfortable following established routines.
- Enjoys getting out of the house with children and creating age-appropriate experiences and activities.
- A confident driver with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- The ideal candidate is flexible, communicative, and interested in building a long-term relationship with the family.
Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
- The family is offering $35-$40/hour (gross). Based on 40 guaranteed hours per week, this equates to an annualized compensation of $72,800-$83,200 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
- This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.
- This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.
Required Qualifications
We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…
- Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
- Have strong professional and personal references
- Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
- Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
- Are a non-smoker
- Committed to professional, legal pay
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
- Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, RSV, and tdap
