Job summary

ABC Nannies and Domestics, Inc. in Denver is seeking a Live-Out Short-Term Infant Nanny to care for a 3-month-old. Schedule Tue and Wed, 7:30am–5:30pm, with a guaranteed 20 hours per week.

Start date November 1st; position is 6+ months and may extend for a great match. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of infant nanny experience, reliable references, and a valid driver’s license. A bilingual candidate is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
• Have strong professional and personal references
• Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
• Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
• Are a non-smoker
• Committed to professional, legal pay
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
• Have all standard vaccinations, including flu.

Position Highlights

Located at: Mississippi and Colorado

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30am to 5:30pm. The family is happy to guarantee 20 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 6+ months - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: November 1st

Family and Household Dynamics

Children's Ages: Care will be for one 3-month old infant.

About the Children:

• This infant is happy and healthy!


• She has a great temperament and is on a good sleeping and eating schedule right now.


• Once trust is established, the family is open to outings.

About the Family:

• Mom works 3-4 days outside of the home in healthcare.


• Dad works full-time from home.


• These first-time parents are excited to learn from an experienced infant caregiver. They have no family nearby, so they are seeking a 100% reliable candidate.

About the Pets:

• This family has one dog - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Standard Duties:

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

• The family is offering $35-$40/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $18,200 - $20,800 for the 6-months (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

• This family is offering 4 days of paid time off in March when the family is traveling, accrued sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job once the infnat is older.
