Job summary

Forbes Travel Guide is seeking an Executive Trainer (US) to deliver specialty training to luxury properties worldwide. The role requires extensive hospitality knowledge, exceptional Spanish and English communication, and a proven track record in delivering high-impact learning experiences.

The position is full-time (minimum 50 hours/week) and involves travel to hotels, restaurants, spas, and cruises, with program development support and client relationship responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Background in hospitality operations and luxury service.
• Proven leadership in Four- or Five-Star hotel or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform a defined number of training sessions for hospitality clients worldwide.
• Interpret Forbes Travel Guide standards for hotel, restaurant, spa, and cruise ratings.
• Coordinate with clients on agenda, attendance, and logistics.
• Create engaging, motivating learning environments and follow up on training needs.
• Assist with program development and enhancement of Learning and Development offerings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to training delivery.
