You will own the certification lifecycle, from concept to launch, and work across Learning Products & Services to ensure relevance, scalability, and learner engagement.

The role emphasizes product ownership, collaboration with instructional design, and data-driven improvement while supporting occasional travel for industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years in program/product management, learning and development, or certifications.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategic roadmap for Verified Luxury Certifications.
• Develop certification roadmaps and enhancement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for new credentials and continuing education offerings.
• Monitor industry trends, learner feedback, and metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end certification experience and governance.
• Collaborate with LMS, content, and operations teams to optimize learner journeys.
