Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead our location, inspire the team, and help customers succeed while growing the business with integrity.

The role requires understanding store and automotive systems, parts knowledge, and the ability to identify and troubleshoot for DIY quality. Expect 50–55 hours per week, with rotating nights and weekends, and a focus on sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in managing a retail team and driving profitability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow professional customer relationships/sales.
• Selection, hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store team members.
• Manager on duty responsibilities (coaching, floor management, safety, open/close duties).
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation, testing and wiper installation.
